Our Coffee and Tea
We pride ourselves on grinding, brewing and serving some of the world's best coffee right here in Golden, Colorado.
Partnering with Kaldi's Coffee, our baristas are meticulously trained to dial in the shots, adjusting for altitude, time of day, temperature, bean and other factors to deliver the fullest flavor in every drop. We create each drink customized to your preference. We love to chat coffee... stop by and let's swap knowledge! For more in-depth education, check out our classes. Kaldi’s Coffee is dedicated to providing beans that are sustainable, eco-friendly, and Fair Trade Certified.
Our tea is exclusively Firepot Tea. Each of our house tea blends requires a different temperature and brew time to maximize your experience.
Our Food
Eat real food. Give yourself a balance. We serve healthy options with a touch of decadence. Since it’s all freshly made, we can customize almost every item for your taste and diet. Gluten-free? We have options. Keto? We can help. Vegan? We can fill you up! Hold the mushrooms and add prosciutto to that sandwich? We’re on it. Milk selections include oat, soy, almond, coconut, skim, whole, half-n-half, and cream. We have an acai bowl, salads, several protein options, breakfast burritos in a dine-in and hand-held-for-the-road sizes, bison chili, charcuterie, and other happy hour selections.
Our Spirits
Our tea- and coffee-inspired cocktails are one-of-a-kind. Try our Cold Fashioned, for example, with a cold brew ice cube. Or our Hibiscus tea-infused refreshing Pink Skies (thank you, Vanjak Vodka). Plus, we have traditional drinks so you know you can always find your favorite. We serve only Colorado craft beers and we have a variety of wine to compliment your meal. Ever want to try tequila + matcha? Yeah, we got that. Happy hour food and pricing, as well.

Our tag line, "Bringing People to Life", has a few different meanings, but mainly it reflects our belief that good things happen when people get off their devices and start interacting in the moment with the people and world around them.
Even though the coronavirus is changing the way we do it, we still are trying to be a positive force in the community by staying open as much as we can for as long as we can. We have always had take-out and drive-through— so we are equipped to do it well! Our sandwiches, burritos and chili all travel well. You can order takeout through our web site, as well as GrubHub and DoorDash. And now, we are welcoming people for dine-in at tables of ten or fewer!
In general, we’re excited to integrate our love of amazing coffee and good food with the Colorado outdoors and our passion for living life to its fullest. Launch Colorado is founded on the importance of relationships, experiences, action and commerce. In our view, these are key components to achieving personal fulfillment AND making the world a better place. These underpin our mission and we want to play our own little role.

Our menu names honor Colorado and Red Rocks Amphitheater— which is just a mile down the road. See if you can find a nod to your favorite Red Rocks band in our selections.
